It is our belief that in an OSHC setting, a child’s social and emotional development should take priority over academic and structured learning. As this is our focus, this forms the basis of how we develop our curriculum and structure our centre.
Our diverse, qualified and experienced Educators actively encourage children to explore ideas and interact with others in their own unique way. We pride ourselves on utilising a variety of sustainable resources and in doing so promote critical thinking and practical experiences. This fosters awareness and respect, and gives children the tools to develop, transfer and adapt the skills and knowledge necessary to become an active participant in the community.
We recognise the crucial role of families in a child’s development, and are committed to building strong and effective relationships with children and their families. We strive to assist children in reaching the goals and milestones they set for themselves by tailoring our planning and outcomes to the needs of the individual and the variety of factors that make them unique.
