Play based learning, developmentally appropriate and individual programs are designed for each child. These are provided in a safe, caring and interesting environment. Providing children with the opportunities to explore, discover and experiment.

Aims:

  • To meet the needs of families and all children at our service by providing a safe, stimulating and supportive play environment in our natural setting.
  • Holistic approach to learning with each child’s voice viewed with equal importance.
  • To recognise that our educators are our most valuable assets. We will provide all staff with appropriate recognition, professional development opportunities and a fun, fulfilling work environment.
  • Our environment creates respect and care for each other as well as for our property and equipment. Everyone is treated equally and all cultural diversities are embraced at our centre.
  • We are committed to use and continue to develop better sustainable practices. Our service continues to encourage children to learn about their environment. We will nurture their ability to work towards a more sustainable future.
  • We encourage an open door approach for all parents and educators so that our children can show them their environment at any time.
  • We continually strive to work at best practice; we regularly review and evaluate all service policy and procedures
  • We help support the children to learn developmentally appropriate social skills by building strong, trusting relationships with educators and foster them to from friendships with each other. Children will learn self-regulation, limits and working together through adventurous play.

We believe that all children are our precious assets for the future. Their voices are our guide.
